Craft, Beer & Community: Our Pop-Up Event with Elevation Beer Co

Last fall, we brought one of our favorite creative visions to life: a collaboration with Elevation Beer Co, a local brewery that shares our love for art, nature, and community. It was a day filled with handmade goods, live printing, and good vibes—a true celebration of everything Soz Bazaar stands for. Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of this unforgettable event and sharing why it was so special to us.

The Inspiration Behind the Collaboration

The idea for this collaboration started with Adam. His artwork had been hanging in Elevation Beer Co, and the space felt like a natural fit for our brand. Adam approached the brewery with a bold idea: What if we created a custom beer label together and hosted an event to celebrate its release? The brewery loved the concept, and the planning began.

The beer, a New Zealand Pale Ale, was named Puteketeke after the iconic New Zealand bird that was voted Bird of the Year in 2023. Adam’s design for the can was striking—a black-and-white masterpiece that combined his signature graffiti-style background with a bold, central illustration of the Puteketeke. The result was a can that stood out on the shelves and perfectly captured the spirit of the beer: unique, vibrant, and full of character.

The Pop-Up Event: A Celebration of Creativity

When the beer was released, we transformed the brew room into a bustling marketplace filled with our handmade goods. Our tables were stacked with hand-printed apparel, upcycled treasures, handmade candles, and more. It was a feast for the eyes—and the perfect place to shop while sipping on a cold, freshly brewed Puteketeke.

But the real showstopper was Adam’s live printing station

Right there in the middle of the brewery, he set up his screen-printing equipment and got to work. One by one, customers ordered their shirts, and Adam printed the same Puteketeke design onto them—right in front of their eyes. There’s something magical about watching an artist at work, and the crowd loved seeing their shirts come to life.

Bringing People Together

What made this event so special wasn’t just the art or the beer—it was the sense of community. People gathered around, chatting and laughing as they watched Adam print. They browsed our displays, picking out unique, handmade items that spoke to them. And of course, they toasted to creativity with glasses of Puteketeke, a delicious New Zealand Pale Ale that was as bold and memorable as the bird it was named after.

For us, this event was a dream come true. It was a chance to bring people together, share our love for handmade goods, and celebrate the power of creativity. Seeing Adam’s design on the cans, on the shirts, and in the hands of happy customers was incredibly fulfilling.

What’s Next?

This event was just the beginning. We’re already planning more collaborations and pop-ups for this year, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Whether it’s through our handmade goods, Adam’s art, or community events like this one, we’re committed to blending art, nature, and creativity in everything we do.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and to [Brewery Name] for making this collaboration possible. Here’s to more art, more beer, and more community in the future!
